STAFF RULES
You must've active and give me / Sam any reasons for inactivity. However it needs to be a valid excuse like a holiday or personal issues ( these do not need to be explained). If it is personal you just say to me or Sam sorry it's just I have had some personal issues.
Once you become staff everything must have mine / Sams or fisty's Concent ie want to do an event YOU MuST tell one of us. Also try to reason with people like talk to them first then take lenient action! Try not to ban instantly only ban If it's serious ie he's prop spamming rdming minging after being told / warned numerous times.
As of this If you are becoming stressed you can take a breakthrough from the server but make sure your absence is noted by me Sam fisty.
When you become staff you have 3 chances to remain staff(strikes) you may receive a strike by failure to go on the server, hosting events without permission. If you receive 3 strikes you will be demoted back to user. If you are caught abusing it will be a warn / instant demotion depending on the seriousness of the abuse.
