I would Warn him if it happens again would warn him again if it happens a 3rd time he would be kick. But if he comes back and does it again I would ban him for 2hrs and then so on.
You catch a user RDM someone what punishment would you give to that person?:

You see another moderator abusing his powers, what would you do in this situation?:
Contact a higher up admin as I wouldn't be likely to stop him myself.
